hello people, goodbye people

Originally, this blog was supposed to be a real blog, but it turned out to be a real dead end. I don't know if I'm going to change this into something better, now that I've already got up from molding in the corner. Probably not. Go read another blog instead.

As the season's change

Originally this blog was designed to capture the beauty in every day people. However, upon realizing this would mean we would have to stealthily take pictures of people roaming the streets, we looked for a change of pace.
We have since decided to change the theme of the blog to this: A blog that highlights all the beautiful (and always fashionable) things in life, not just people watching. Things from clothes to interior decorating.
So, without further hesitation, I introduce you to the new, the improved, Pictorial.
Enjoy.

Onion

Granted, this is not a person. And also, this is not the best 'first post' for a blog, which is dedicated to pictures of people that dress spectacularly, but I want a corner of my future appartment to look exactly like this. This is a picture from a nineties-style interior design book I have forgotten the name of (nervously scratching my neck...). Well, anyway, I thought I hated anything that even came close to the style of the nineties, and the reason I got the book was that I thought it would be interesting to be confronted with things I hate for one whole afternoon (mhm, yes I know, kind of weird...) but then I really liked a LOT in it. I love even that lamp. I love all the shiny metal next to something as raw as an onion (funny story: my mom -not an american- whitnessed a wedding in the USA once and thought the couple was exchanging Onion rings instead of Union rings... Yes, okay, maybe it is the kind of good-story-at-a-family-dinner-'funny', but I just remembered that...). I also love love love that chair, the one under the table. If a really skinny person were sitting on it with his/her legs crossed, it would look like the person is floating in the air. And also, I feel like there should be a medieval knight sitting on the other chair.
